Disclosures

Every home is unique, and we do our best to accommodate the equally unique needs of your home. To make our team most effective, and to reduce any confusion, please review the disclosures below. If you have any questions please contact our support team.

  • Quote valid for 30 days.

  • Weekly clients receive a fixed day and time each visit. Biweekly, every-3-weeks and monthly clients receive a fixed day where possible, with the arrival time floating based on that week’s schedule. Clients on any service less frequent than weekly will be guaranteed a 3 day window for service, but any adjustment outside of that will include a 10% discount on that service for the inconvenience. We confirm the exact arrival window 24–48 hours in advance to keep routes efficient and consistent for all clients.

  • By booking with Housework Home Maintenance, you agree to the following:

    • We provide residential and small office cleaning (not restaurants, hotels, motels, or schools).

    • Handyman services are for members only.

    • We use all-natural products and follow strict safety procedures. Homes must be tidy before arrival; we do not move large furniture.

    • An adult (18+) must be present for first visits.

    • Linens must be provided for changeover, Housework does not offer laundry services

    • Access must be provided via code or lockbox. Pricing is based on full home size.

    • Surfaces above 8 feet are cleaned using a wand; surfaces more than 50% covered are cleaned around, not cleared.

    • Bed making and dishwashing are at the team lead’s discretion.

    • Deep cleans may be required for heavily soiled areas.

    • Technicians may skip unsafe or out-of-scope tasks.

    • A $50 deposit is required for all new clients.

    • Residential clients are billed per visit with a card on file.

    • Commercial clients are billed monthly and are guaranteed a day for service but time may fluctuate; always outside of their business hours

    • Payments over 7 days late incur a 10% late fee and may pause service.

    • We offer a 24-hour guarantee—report issues with photos within 24 hours and we’ll return at no charge.

    • Cancellations require 24-hour notice; same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.

    • Cleaning technicians will wait 15-30 minutes if they are unable to access the space before leaving. If they are unable to access the space, that visit may count as a no show.

    • Excessive reschedules may result in removal from our calendar.

  • We are insured but not liable for pre-existing damage, unsecured items, or pet-related issues unless agreed in advance.

  • Members receive discounted deep cleans, handyman work, and move-out cleanings.

  • Refer a friend and receive 50% off your next regular service (deep clean add-ons excluded) and their initial cleaning fee is waived!

  • Terms may change; major updates will be sent via email.
